CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. butter
4 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Chocolate chips

Cream sugars with shortenings. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
