3 slices bread
Butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon

Butter the bread and place in a baking dish. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Add the milk and vanilla and pour mixture over bread. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

SAUCE FOR BREAD PUDDING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
Water
Vanilla
1 tsp. jelly, any flavor
Cream

Combine all ingredients using just enough water to mix. Boil on top of stove and pour over pudding. Top with cream.
