POLKA DOT PUDDING | |
2 1/2 c. canned fruit juice and water 4 tbsp. Minute Tapioca 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 - 1 1/2 c. canned crushed pineapple and maraschino cherries 1 - 3 tbsp. lemon juice Combine fruit juice and water, Minute Tapioca and sugar and salt in sauce pan and mix well. Bring mixture quickly to a full boil over direct heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat (mixture will be thin). Add fruit and lemon juice. Cool, stirring occasionally. Chill. Serve in sherbet glasses with whipped cream. Top with 1 or more maraschino cherries. |
