PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. Carnation milk 1 c. miniature marshmallows 12 oz. crunchy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in electric skillet set on 280 degrees. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 4 1/2 minutes exactly! Turn off heat and quickly stir in peanut butter and marshmallows until they are dissolved. Pour into 8" square buttered pan. Yield: 2 pounds. |
