CATFISH STEW 
3 lb. lg. catfish
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vinegar
1 pkg. onion soup
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans vegetable soup
1 c. ketchup
1 can corn
1 can sweet peas

Place fish, butter, vinegar, salt, pepper, onion soup in large pot, cover with water. Cook until fish will release off the bones. Add soup, ketchup, corn, peas to the liquid, cook approximately 15 minutes. Add your fish meat to the pot, cook another 5 minutes. Crumble 2 or 3 slices of bread to mixture for thickness. Simmer 5 minutes. Must continue stirring.
