QUICK FRUIT COBBLER 
1 stick melted butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. self rising flour
2/3 c. milk
Any fresh fruit or canned pie fruit, if using fresh apples cook first

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Place melted butter in bottom of a square baking pan. Pour mixture of flour, sugar and milk over the melted butter, add fruit on top. Use one can of fruit or as much fresh fruit as you need to cover the top. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
