GLAZED CARROTS 
12 carrots, 2 inch pieces
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. orange rind
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. Triple Sec

Saute carrots in butter for 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over carrots and cook on medium heat 15 minutes. Serves 8.
