ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1/4 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 lb. carrots, sliced 1/2 inch thick
3 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (opt.)

In 2 quart casserole, combine juice, honey, butter, lemon peel, salt and nutmeg. Stir in carrots. Cover with lid. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 7 to 9 minutes. Turn once during cooking; stir. Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
