MUSHROOM STEAK - POTATOES 
Tenderized round steak
Salt to taste
Flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
2 or 3 potatoes

Salt and flour both sides of round steak. Brown on both sides in small amount of fat. Combine soup and water. Pour over steak and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Add to steak-soup mixture. Cook until potatoes are done. Add a salad.
