ANGEL PIE 
3 egg whites
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
16 Ritz crackers, crushed finely
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs whites just after beating starts. Add baking powder. When eggs are stiff. Slowly add sugar. Beat until all the mixture is stiff. Add crackers, pecans, and vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in buttered baking dish until golden brown. Let cool, then top with whipped topping.
