ANGEL PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
4 heaping tbsp. flour or 4 level tbsp. corn starch
2 egg whites (beaten stiff)
1 sm. can pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Add enough water to pineapple juice to make the 1 1/2 cups of juice. Mix sugar, flour, add to pineapple juice and cook until very thick. Cool. Add drained pineapple, stirring well. Add vanilla. Whip cream. Spread on top of pie. Sprinkle nuts on top. Delicious.!
