RUTH'S PEACH COBBLER 
1 c. self-rising flour (includes baking powder and salt)
1 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation milk (canned)
Nutmeg
Vanilla
1 stick butter
1 (1 lb.) can peaches

Cream flour, sugar, milk, nutmeg and vanilla together. Melt 1 stick of butter in baking pan. Pour above creamed mixture into melted butter. Open can of peaches and pour off juice (okay to use more peaches if you already have a can open and partly used). Dump peaches on top. Bake in 7 1/2 x 10-inch cake pan at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
