CROCK POT BARBECUE 
3 lb. beef stew meat
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook 8 to 10 hours, 10 preferred. At end of cooking time, mix with fork or wire whisk to shred meat. Serve on hard rolls or buns with cole slaw. 6 hours set on high. 10 hours set on low.
