1 1/4 lbs. (lg. pkg.) Oreo cookies
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 to 3 oz. pkgs. sugar free instant vanilla pudding (or chocolate, if preferred)
3 1/4 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container light Cool Whip

Grind Oreos in food processor. Set aside. Cream together sugar, cream cheese and butter. Add pudding mix and milk to cheese mixture and mix well. Stir in Cool Whip. Place lid from Cool Whip in bottom of a sterilized 8 inch planter. Add: 1/2 pudding mixture 1/3 Oreo mixture 1/2 pudding mixture in layers

Top with remaining Oreo mixture. Garnish with a bunch of silk flowers, stems wrapped in Saran Wrap. This makes a nice center piece for a buffet dessert.
