SZEKELY GOULASH 
1 1/2 lean pork shoulder, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Crisco
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Put flour, paprika, salt in a bag. add meat and shake to coat. Brown onion in Crisco. Add meat cubes and 3 tablespoons water. Cover and simmer for 1 hour and rinsed and drained sauerkraut plus 2 cups hot water. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Remove from heat and gradually add sour cream, stirring constantly heat for 1-2 minutes.
