APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
1 bottle Casino or Seven Seas Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 small jar apricot preserves or frozen trout fillets

Mix salad dressing, soup and preserves well. Line baking dish with foil and lay chicken out in single layer. Pour mixture over chicken and bake 1 hour at 350°F.
