1 pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. water

Combine pudding with sugar and water in saucepan. Place over low heat and cook and stir until mixture comes to full boil. Remove from heat and add butter. Serve warm or cold on ice cream.
