HOT FUDGE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
1/2 c. butter
4 sq. chocolate (I use semi-sweet)
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. and 1 sm. can evaporated milk

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Gradually add sugar. Add salt. Slowly add milk. Stir until smooth and sugar is dissolved.
