SCALLOPS AU GRATIN 
1 lb. bay scallops
1/4 lb. butter only
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 can Campbell's cheese soup
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. bread crumbs (Italian
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

You will also need a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash scallops in cold water; pat dry, then put them in a Ziploc bag with flour, salt and pepper. Shake until well coated. Melt butter in frypan. Add flavored scallops and fry a total of 65 minutes, then turn only once gently until brown. Now add heavy cream and stir gently. Add rest of ingredients, cheese, Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer 3 minutes.

Use a good size baking dish. Spray with Pam. Pour scallops mixture into baking dish. Pour bread crumbs on top; dot some butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in oven at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
