EASY FRIED RICE 
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 egg
1/2 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. water

Scramble egg in butter in frying pan. Brown chopped onion in same pan, add cooked rice.

Pour soy sauce into water, mix well. Pour soy sauce mixture on top of rice mixture and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Serves 4.
