TONY'S RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1 qt. water
1/2 stick butter
Pinch of salt
1 c. rice
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. water (cold)
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Cinnamon

Bring milk, water, butter and salt to a boil. Then add rice and sugar. Bring to boil again until thick, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue stirring until rice is cooked. Remove from heat.

In another bowl combine 1 egg, 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix and then blend into the rice mixture. Pour into shallow pan or dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
