1 pt. boiling water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour

Mix well and add to the boiling water. Add:

1 c. chopped dates

Cook 20 minutes in double boiler. Add pinch of salt. When cool add 1 cup pecan meats diced. Serve with whipped cream.
