BARBECUE WIENERS | |
2 onions, chopped 2 tbsp. bacon fat 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. white vinegar 1/2 bottle ketchup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt Saute onions in bacon fat. Combine in frypan the mustard, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, water and salt. Add onions. Simmer. After mixture cools, put in blender to chop onions even finer and to blend thoroughly. Pour over cut up wieners in crock-pot. Cook on low 1 hour. |
