CINDY'S SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked spinach
2 c. artichoke hearts, quartered
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
14 c. bread crumbs

Drain spinach and artichoke hearts well. Saute onion in butter until translucent. Combine spinach, artichokes, onion and sour cream. Add seasonings to taste. Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serves 8.
