LEMON SPONGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, separated
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. milk

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks and combine with sugar, butter, flour, lemon juice and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust and bake at 375°F until firm.
