GARLIC AND OIL FOR PASTA | |
1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 stick butter 3 cloves garlic, crushed (or more to taste) Chopped parsley Grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan) Heat oil, butter and garlic over low heat until garlic cooks down. Toss with cooked pasta (8 to 10 ounces) of choice. Top with parsley and cheese. If you like garlic you will love this. You can also be creative with this and add pine nuts, shrimp, olive or whatever else you can think of. |
