3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Form rounded teaspoons of dough into balls, roll in sugar, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. For bars, I put dough in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake this at 350 degrees for I think 20 minutes.
