SUGAR WALNUTS 
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey
1 diced salt
3 cups walnuts

Combine sugar, water, honey and salt in saucepan. Boil to soft ball stage (238°F on a candy thermometer). Store in tight jar or box. You may add flavoring if you want.

Cooks Note: A candy thermometer is recommended for best results.
