CHILI CHEESE PIE | |
3 cans green chilies, chopped 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded 4 med. eggs 4 tbsp. light cream Grease 8 inch Pyrex pie dish well with butter. Drain green chilies on paper toweling until dry. Distribute green chilies in bottom of pie dish evenly. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over top of chilies. Beat together eggs and cream. Pour over cheese and press down with a fork until evenly distributed. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes. Ritz club style crackers seem to go best with this. |
