CHINESE CASHEW CHICKEN 
2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. cashews
1 c. chow mein noodles

Cook first 7 ingredients in a crock pot on low for 4 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours. Add water chestnuts and cashews last 15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
