FROZEN SALAD LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can dark sweet cherries
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows, or cut up
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drain fruits. Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Beat until fluffy; blend in sour cream, sugar, and salt. Fold in fruit and marshmallows and pecans. Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Freeze. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving. Cut into 8 squares.
