2 lb. ground ham 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 3 oz. drained crushed pineapple? Spread in loaf cake pan. SAUCE: 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix together and pour over meat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. I make grooves in the meat loaf, so the sauce can get down in. The meat mixture can be made into meat balls and the sauce poured over it. |
