RAINBOW PASTA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) box rainbow pasta twist
1 (8 oz.) bag mixed vegetables, preferably cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
1 (16 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Ingredients can vary depending on servings.

Bring approximately 4 quarts water to a boil. Add pasta twists (salt to taste). Bring to boil again. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Drain pasta in strainer running cold water over pasta.

With approximately 1/2 cup water bring to boil. Add mixed vegetables. Cook approximately 5-10 minutes. Strain vegetables. Add to cooling pasta twists.

Invert into serving bowl. Pour salad dressing over mixture. Then mix. Great refrigerated. Serves 8-10 people.
