RAINBOW PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. rainbow pasta rotini
3/4 c. Italian dressing
1 tomato, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook rotini according to package directions; drain. Place in bowl and add Italian dressing. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well before serving.
