RAINBOW PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. rainbow twirls
1 (6 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, cut in bite-sized pieces and add juice
1 c. sliced olives
2 cucumbers
1 bunch green onions
1 can mushrooms
3 tomatoes
1 bunch broccoli
Shrimp, if desired
1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Chop and add remaining ingredients. Add dressing, toss and chill. Other vegetables such as carrots, celery, and cauliflower may be added also. Makes a large salad.
