Carrots
Onions

A different - but delicious - simple method - colorful.

Enough carrots to serve meal - 1/2 or whole package. Wash, scrape and dice or cut carrots to size desired. Boil in salted water until cooked. Drain. In the meantime, pare 2 large onions and dice. Saute in small amount of oil, DO NOT BROWN, for about 10 minutes. Put carrots in serving dish. Pour cooked onions on top!
