PETER'S VEAL SUPREME | |
2 lb. ground veal 1/4 c. instant tapioca 1 pt. milk 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 c. cream of mushroom soup Combine all ingredients except soup. Mix well. Place mixture in a flat 9 x 13 inch glass casserole. Top with soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours. 10 to 12 servings. |
