STEW MEAT CASSEROLE 
2 (2 1/2 lbs) stew meat, boneless chunks
2 med. onion, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut into long pieces
5 potatoes, quartered
5 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 can V-8 juice
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. minute tapioca

Put meat, onions, celery, potatoes and carrots in a large casserole or a roaster. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat and vegetables. Cook 4 hours at 275 degrees. May add soy sauce.
