COMPANY BROCCOLI 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or fresh
1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. grated American cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Prepare broccoli; cook 4 minutes (or steam fresh broccoli); drain and place in 2 quart baking dish. Add water chestnuts, sprinkle cheese over. Combine milk and soup pour over ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes uncovered. Add rings and bake 8 minutes more.
