MAPLE NUT ROLLS
1 box hot roll mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. maple flavor
3/4 c. warm water
1 egg

NUT MIX:

3/4 c. ground walnuts
1 tsp. maple flavor
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE:

Confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. milk
Food coloring

Combine in large mixing bowl hot roll mix. Add to box recipe sugar, maple flavor, warm water and egg. Let raise until double (about 1 hour). Then take 1/2 mixture in buttered hands and spread out on pizza pan. Take 1/2 stick butter (softened or melted, softened works better) and spread out on dough. Then you take 1/2 of nut mixture and spread this by hand on the first layer.

Repeat a second layer with buttered hands again using the nut mixture on top as before. Cut as you would for pizza through both layers and twist each into a corkscrew shape (should look like a wreath). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour on glaze when cooled.
