SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (8 inch) pastry shell (bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees)
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cook spinach and drain well. Reserve 1/4 cup liquid. Beat half and half, eggs, seasonings and spinach liquid. Add spinach and onions. Pour into shell and sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (I use a little less onions. Also you can put all ingredients in blender to make it smooth. Can substitute broccoli).
