1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup

Bring just to a boil. Add 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter to sugar mixture. Add Special K cereal 3-4 cups. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips

Melt in double, spread on top.
