DEAN'S BEANS 
3 (15 oz.) can Van Camp's New Orleans style kidney beans
6 slices thick cut bacon, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 med. onion, peeled & chopped
Salt & pepper

In large skillet, brown bacon. Add the chopped onion and saute for about 5 minutes. Add the 3 cans of beans until the bacon and onions have a chance to blend in with the beans. Salt and pepper to taste.
