DEAN'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Place in 2 quart casserole. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion in bowl. Mix well. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and mixture of stuffing mix and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
