GREEN PEA SALMON SALAD 
1 lb. salmon
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
6 hard-cooked eggs
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. green onions & stems
1/3 c. celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed

Drain and skin salmon. Mix peas, eggs, onion and celery together with mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill weed. Add salmon. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
