BROCCOLI SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon, dried crisp, break up
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 med. red onion, sliced thin
1 head broccoli flowerets, cut in bite size
1 c. croutons
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced thin

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix the dressing ingredients together and put in refrigerator. Stir all the salad ingredients together and refrigerate. Pour dressing over salad prior to serving and toss.
