PORK CUTLETS 
4 pork cutlets
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. pecans (chopped)
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. seasoned flour

Dredge pork cutlets in flour. Saute them in 2 tbsp. butter for 5 minutes; turn occasionally. Mix 1 tbsp. butter with 1 tbsp. honey; add to cutlets. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Top with pecans and serve.
