CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 cabbage
1 lg. can tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Mix rice and ground beef. Separate cabbage leaves and wilt slightly. Form meat mixture into small rolls and wrap in a cabbage leaf. Arrange in sauce pan. Add 1/2 cup water and tomatoes. Season to taste.

Good served with slaw and corn bread.
