ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf bread (Italian, Vienna or French), cut in half lengthwise
1/2 to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Butter
Garlic salt or powder
Green onions (chopped)

Butter both halves of bread liberally. Sprinkle with garlic, add cheese and onions. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
