DONNA'S HAMBURGER EGGROLLS 
1 pkg. egg-roll wrappers
1 pkg. coleslaw mix
1 can mushroom pieces
2 lbs. hamburger
soy sauce
onions, to taste
flour
water

Preheat deep fryer. Cook hamburger. Add soy sauce to taste. Onions to taste. Also season with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper. Drain.

Chop cole slaw mix and mushrooms up in chopper. Add to meat mixture. Cook down. Put a small amount in egg roll wrap. Fold and seal with flour/water mixture along the edges. Deep fry until brown.

I don't care for traditional egg rolls. I started making these about 20 years ago. My entire family loves these. Asks for them often.
